Robert R. Wilcox, President - Bob joined the agency in 1990. He is a licensed insurance broker, Certified Insurance Counselor and a Licensed Insurance Advisor. He also holds an Associates Degree in Business Studies from Holyoke Community College and a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Westfield State College. Bob was a member for the Rotary Club of Westfield from 1995-2009 and has served several terms on its board of directors. He is treasurer for Sarah Gillette Services For The Elderly and is a Trustee to Noble Visiting Nurse and Hospice Services. He has also serves on the board of directors and is a past president of the Independent Insurance Agents Of Hampden County. Bob focuses on Commercial Insurance but is well versed in all lines of insurance. bwilcox@wilcoxagency.com
Nicki A. Creer, Agency Manager - Nicki began her insurance career in 1982. She is a licensed insurance broker and Certified Insurance Counselor. Nicki holds the designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and has been recognized as an Associate in Insurance Services of the Insurance Institute of America. She is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Women, having served as acting director and secretary, and a member of the National Association of Insurance Women.
